SHIPPING All orders will be shipped via USPS. Allow 3-5 days for delivery. We will try to insure your order gets to you as soon as possible but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders placed after noon PST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. RETURN POLICY Please unpack and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any and all issues must be reported to Lucinda Marie Jewelry within five (5) business days without exception. Return and Exchanges on all unworn jewelry accompanied with original packaging and purchase receipt are accepted within 15 days of delivery date. *Sending in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds take approximately one to two weeks to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. CANCELLATION POLICY Each order gets processed into our production system automatically, therefore we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.
